Grady is one of those people that make you feel like you're house shopping with your friend, and you also have 100% confidence that he knows exactly what he's doing. My partner and I are first time home buyers, so naturally we had no idea what the process of buying a home entailed. Grady talked us through everything and answered all of our questions, as well as giving us tips and tricks along the way. He got to know us and what we want so well that he was able to tell us whether or not he thinks the home is right for us from his first glance. He is so efficient, so trustworthy, and always very quick to respond. Grady is absolutely top notch! From the beginning, when we were simply looking for a realtor opinion on the value of our house and the market, Grady was fantastic! Very professional and friendly. I'll be honest, we initially decided to sell/buy our properties through Grady as we had done so before with his father. Well I'm thrilled to report that the apple does not fall far from the tree. Grady was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries we had, and if he didn't know the answer he would find out. He made the daunting process of selling and buying an unforgettable experience. He is also very knowledgeable of the market and I could really just go on and on. We have now found our forever home, but if we ever decide to downsize in the future, we will 100% use Grady again!
